There are three types of industrial vacuum cleaners, which are AC 220V, DC battery voltage, and 380V three-phase power. The 380VI vacuum cleaner is also called high-power industrial vacuum cleaner. When the machine is in use, what are the reasons for the motor to stop suddenly? The fault can be seen somewhere.
I. Lead wire failure
The lead wire has failed. One possibility is that the fuse is blown. Open the vacuum cleaner housing, check and replace the fuse. Another possibility is that after a long-term use of the high-power vacuum cleaner, the internal wiring of the high-power industrial vacuum cleaner is loose, resulting in poor contact. If this is found during inspection, it should be soldered in time. Due to the electric shock shape of the spring of the wire device, the electric contact between the cymbal and the copper ring is not bad, causing the circuit to fail. At this time, you should open the housing of the vacuum cleaner, remove the stuck dust and debris, and replace and repair the dust collector at the same time.
